		<description>Just a comment on the commerical designation, at our Calgary Real Estate Board, the member has to take specific courses to be designated a Commerial Realtor/Broker. Otherwise they can not get the informaiton from the Board through the Commercial CLXchange.The membership ID# lets the Commercial Licensed realtor into the commercial division. It seems it would be different in every Province and State Real Estate Act.
